Rap Sheet: KRS Schools Author

• Jeff Chang gets schooled: The Teacha, KRS-One has got some problems with author Jeff Chang and his book, Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop, that is considered by some to be the definitive literature on Hip Hop histroy. For one, he wasn’t interviewed in it. Secondly, he says Chang is just a fan, not a scholar.

• Kim gets Fabolous: When our on and off again girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, couldn’t get close enough to touch Pharrell’s Ice Creams, she scooped up another rapper instead, “She begged people to introduce her to Pharrell Williams, but she couldn’t get through the women around him, so she settled for Fabolous.”

• Walk This Way: Aerosmith and Run DMC are reuniting in London this Sunday for a special show in London’s Hyde Park.

• Hip Hop start up: A former GM of Wu-Tang started a company dedicated to helping Hip Hop artists create non-music industry-related businesses. Makes sense, there’s no money in just the music anymore.
