Nike Celebrates Black History With Crispy ID’d AF1s
Not just a dope, innovative ID, these Air Force Ones actually represent something. This “Black History” pair of AF1s celebrates the achievements of African Americans, and were constructed by Octavia Overmuller, a representative for the non-profit organization Say It Loud!. Using premium materials not usually available to regular Nike iD Studio dwellers, the shoe was constructed at a recent event fusing sports, education and entertainment together. NikeiD will release these this Saturday at the Elizabeth Street studio in NYC. Own a pair for $150. More angles after the jump.
