Before today, we had never heard of ACCLAIM magazine. Considering that it hails out of Australia and is sort of ‘indie’ might help explain why. This “Street Lifestyle” magazine is already on its 6th issue and judging by the contents, might actually be worth picking up. Here’s some of what to expect:

Microsoft Makes Room for the Elite

Keeping up with next generation gaming consoles is a real bitch, especially when they release upgraded versions of the same system. With that, Microsoft has officially announced the Xbox 360 Elite. Besides coming in black, it offers:

• HDMI port
• 120GB hard drive
• black wireless Xbox 360 controller
• black Xbox live headset

It will also include an HDMI cable and will retail for $480 (well $479.99). It ships April 29th. For those of you who are already sporting an original Xbox 360, Microsoft will also sell a standalone 120GB hard drive for an additional $180. via Gizmodo
