Brighten Up Your Shoebox Apartment

adamfrank-reveal.jpg
This is by far one of the most ingenious things for city dwellers everywhere. Let's face it, the likelihood of you finding an apartment you can afford that also happens to have lots of natural light and swaying trees by the windows is pretty low, regardless if you're in NY, LA, SF or even in sunlight bathed Miami. Well, Uber Review points us towards Reveal, a new lighting concept by designer Adam Frank that might be the workable solution to your claustrophobic light seeking living. This projector will cast a:

“[C]lever light-and-shadow pattern across any surface, making it look like sun shining through tree branches and into a nearby window, making any space feel more open.”

Penthouse living no matter how many air shafts your windows point to.

It’s an ill concept for sure, but I think I’d rather make some dope window displays in Illustrator and put them on the wall with a projector or something. I can’t say it isn’t a fresh ass idea though.

I think this is xtremely good idea. Wonder what the pricing would be. but as simple as it is – i am sure we will see some cheap asian fakes on the market very soon.
