Curiously Strong Goes Curiously Cocoa

Once again New York is tapped for its tastemaking qualities as minty candy gigantor Altoids are releasing their new Chocolate flavors here first. Why? Well, New Yorkers not only have the highest percentage of chocolate addicts, but also the highest percentage of halitosis sufferers. Perfect demo for this sort of thing.
So…what, besides the muddy brownness, is different about Chocolate Altoids you ask? Not so much. They’re still mints, but with Chocolate poured on top. As long as Altoids doesn’t ditch the handy little tin that doubles as a change purse/travel weed drawer, we here at Complex are in full support of this chocolateitification.
Get 'em next week exclusively at Lunettes et Chocolat (25 Prince Street), Ninth Street Espresso (700 E. 9th Street), Vox Pop (1022 Cortelyou Road, Flatbush) and Everything Must Go! (2281 First Avenue). For everyone else, ya gonna have wait till December.
