Last year Swoon launched Braddock Tiles, a "community based artisanal micro-factory" inside an old 19th century church in North Braddock, Pennsylvania. To celebrate the launch of the project, Swoon and a long list of artists came together with the help of the Anita Shapolsky Foundation and Superchief Gallery for a benefit event in Manhattan, featuring a group exhibition of prints and original works. Swoon, ROA, Dennis McNett, FAILE, RETNA, Alyssa Dennis, Butch Anthony, Candice Tripp, Christian Guemy, Doc Schroeder, How & Nosm, Gaia, and others contribute works to the event, and prints are currently for sale via the Braddock Tiles website. Check out some of ArrestedMotion's photos from the event above and click through to cop some great pieces and to learn more about the project.
