Is This Moaning Mural and Sound Installation Legit or an Internet Hoax? (Video)

There is a video floating around the Internet that we find hilarious, but some are saying is a fake. According to ArtINFO, the video was posted to Reddit and claims that a sound installation by Bill Fontana in the Netherlands was "hijacked" and the nice chirping bird sounds were replaced with loud sex grunts and moans. The people of Enschede allegedly don't know how to turn the speakers off (unlikely) and are forced to listen to the raunchy installation. Watch the video below of people's reactions to the installation. We don't speak the language so we have no idea what is going on, but it's still pretty funny.
