Prince Charles Will Show Paintings He Created Himself in a New Documentary

If you're a fan of art and the royal family, get doubly excited. For the first time ever, Charles is permitting cameras to film the royal family's paintings, specifically highlighting Charles' penchant for easing stress with a brush. In a documentary entitled Royal Paintbox, the Prince of Wales will speak one-on-one with reporters about the importance of being alone from time to time.

Taught by his father, Charles reveals to filmmakers that making art offers him time to reflect while away from the public, "You know, we walk away and shuffle off our mortal coil, but these things live on [...] It's still you. It's a part of you that's still here. The rest of you is gone."

The film will also show paintings made by the Queen when she was 9-years-old.
