Artist Crash Displays Graffiti Popeye Work on the Bowery and Houston Wall

Legendary graffiti and fine artist Crash, also known as John Matos, has created this new mural on the iconic Bowery and Houston Wall in New York. The Lichtenstein style work features everyone's favorite spinach eating sailor Popeye. He made the work in only two days, replacing the mural celebrating photojournalist Martha Cooper's birthday. In the photos, you can see the sketch and the development of the work.
