The intention behind the Bullitt Center in Seattle is to create a living building. The American firm Miller Hull Partnership are painstakingly using all possible green alternatives in architecture to make a structure that uses no water or energy for a minimum of 12 months. This will be done by utilizing the best of energy conservation technologies, water catchment, and more solar panels than you can shake an energy conscious stick at. If successful, the building will be a huge step for American architecture and hopes to set an example for buildings to come.
