The Barnes Museum in Philadelphia was plagued with years and years of lawsuits and controversy over what its founder, Albert C. Barnes, would have wanted for the museum. Thankfully, the museum moved downtown and re-opened so that the public can once again enjoy his vast collection of modern and folk art.
