"A common misconception we hear a lot is, 'I'm a good artist; I'll be good at painting walls.' Or, 'I'm a great painter; I'll be a good match.' It's not the job that people think it is. It's very creative and you get to express your abilities, but it's also labor intensive and a hard place to work. Half of the time is spent carrying really heavy equipment, rigging, and prepping walls."
