Mercury City, located in the city with the most high-rise buildings in Europe, is the tallest building on its continent. The list of ten tallest buildings in Europe include four other Russian skyscrapers, and Mercury City lands at number one this year. The skyscraper features a golden glass surface and although construction is complete, it is planned to officially open in 2013.
