Playboy Architecture, 1953-1979

We don't just look at Playboy for the articles. We leaf through the magazine for the architecture too.

Playboy Architecture, 1953-1979 is an exhibition investigating how modern architecture was employed by the magazine to shape a new American male. In Heffner's idealized world, buildings and furniture shape new environments for new trains of thought. Produced in collaboration with Princeton University, the show is on view at NAiM/Bureau Europa in Maastricht, Netherlands through February 10, 2013.
