In March of 1967, Jimi Hendrix played a concert at Finsbury Park in North London. At the closing of his show, Hendrix set his instrument on fire, and was even treated for minor burn injuries after the show. Nearly half a century after his epic performance, the original 1965 Fender Stratocaster guitar found its way to auction and recently sold for nearly $400,000.
