During the VP debate, Biden, who was theatrically expressive throughout, threw his arms in the air in response to his opponent's discussion of the President's role in changing the economy. Biden expressed that Romney and Ryan "talk about this Great Recession as if it fell out of the sky, like, 'Oh my goodness, where did it come from?'"
