Situated on a tight corner at 13th and Sansom, How & Nosm's latest mural is a commission by Philadelphia's Mural Arts Program. Titled Personal Melody, the piece took four days to complete due to the difficultly of maneuvering between two tightly situated buildings. We'd say they succeeded.
