American Graffiti Writers Take Over London

Asserting American presence in an Olympic year, Letters From America delivers a strong cast of graffiti and street artists to London. Among the select group are names like Ron English and SABER. They are joined by RISK and Trusto Corp. The mission? Transform London's pleaure garden and mount an all-American show ahead of Independence Day.

Phase one kicked-off yesterday with an outdoor show that runs at London Pleasure Gardens (Gate 1, North Woolwich Rd, London). The gallery exhibition opens on July 4 at Black Rat Gallery (Arch 461, 83 Rivington Street, London). All the activity is presented in association with Culver City's Corey Helford Gallery.
