Yoobi Sushi has opened on 38 Lexington Street in Soho with their famous temaki (fresh sushi wrapped in a cone) and awesome interiors. Designed by Gundry & Ducker Architecture Ltd., the once warehouse now combines "the vibes of Rio, Tokyo and London" into a whole new restaurant. [Coolhunter]
