Painted several years ago, ROA's "Crane" mural on Hanbury Street in London is one of the Big Smoke's most famous street art works. That hasn't saved it from being covered by a large banner in Tower Hamlets. The mural was painted for free and with the consent of the local community. Seems a bit off... [Londonist]
