Biizarre and grotesque illustrations

Bill Conner’s intricate line work and varying use of weight and color give his pieces character and creates something unique and vaguely remnant of a demented Keith Haring or the hand made punk zines of days gone by. This grungy, ugly-on-purpose style seems to be prevalent lately, popping up all over the place (one example is Luke Pelletier who we wrote about a few months ago). Apparently in addition to the resurgence of the 90s in fashion, there’s also a resurgence of 90s illustrative style. While flora jeans and scrunches might be a bit much, this is one style resurrection we'd welcome back. [BOOOOOM]
