"I started out as a commercial illustrator when I graduated college, so I still take on jobs here and there, though I do much more gallery work. I was asked by Singha beer to paint my own representation of their logo, the Singha Lion. The logo is based on the Rajasi, a magical lion that rules over the plane between Earth and Heaven. I thought it turned out pretty cool. These sort of projects are always welcome because they challenge my mind and sometimes work their way into my own personal work."
