Dominic Episcopo is an American photographer who has gotten work done with Motorola, Rolling Stone and The Beastie Boys. Recently the New Jersey native embarked on a new project entitled Meat America, a photo series depicting former presidents, cultural icons and national landmarks shown in their most raw form: made out of meat.
