This table was built by a Sea Captain and decorated with American iconography. The top is oil cloth, which is rare and also indicates the maker's true profession. All these things are important to collectors, but what's really cool about the table is the backstory. Before building the table, the Captain roamed the seas with a pirate's notion of integrity and honor and at one point lost his leg in a gun duel.
