Grotesk On His New Book, "A Decade of Swiss Design Lost in Brooklyn"

Kimou Meyer, a.k.a. Grotesk, is as well known for his design experience as he is for bombing the NYC landscape. The Swiss born, Belgian trained, graphic designer has done everything from designing T-shirts for Spike Lee, to collaborations with Bushwick graffiti vandals, to blogging on 12oz and earning a PhD in vintage American sports uniforms. The Brooklyn designer has worked with most of the key players in New York

Grotesk is the man, he was one of the main reasons why my party The Hump was a success here in NYC. Check the flyers he did for us here (http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewPicture&friendID=340436126&albumId=223590). Be sure to hit up his opening 4/27 at Spoonbill Bookstore!
