Although the correct recipe of this Mad Men favorite is often disputed, we say keep it simple:

Ingredients:
1 oz. fresh limejuice
1 tsp. Sugar in the Raw
1 ½ oz Hendrick’s Gin

Preparation:
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
