First published in 1980, the tongue-in-cheek guide to all things prepster is a remarkably thorough look at the lifestyle and habits of the upper class, WASP society. It covers everything from “Rules of Prep Sex” to “Cummerbund Geography.” Some of it has become outdated, but its men’s accessory section has some evergreen gems like “know the man by the accessories he keeps.” Everyone should have a copy.
