Less than 30 percent of rice kernel polished away
Lower-grade sake rice is lightly polished, leaving 70 percent or more of the original rice kernel. The sake that comes out is labeled futsu-shu, or “table sake.” It’s fine to drink but is typically ordered as “hot” or “cold” instead of by name. This is the Coors Light of sake. Drink it hot, or drop it into a sake bomb

Temperature: Hot or Cold
