Actual ending: A hopped up Jennie races to inform Telly that he has HIV, only to get there too late, pass out and be raped by the now-totally-screwed Casper.

M. Night's ending: The next morning the kids reach a giant fence on the eastern edge of Washington Square Park, where they discover that they're not living in 1990s New York but rather an isolated compound in bumblefuck Pennsylvania founded by old-timers who can't stand to live in Bloomberg's gentrified version of Manhattan.
