In Total Recall, Arnold Schwarzenegger walks into a Martian bar and is greeted by a woman who is exposing herglorious trio of mammaries. Actress Lycia Naff's triple threat was obtained by placing a prosthetic, sculpted by Henry Alvarez, over chest. Unfortunately, her screen time ends when she gets shot by one of Arnie’s enemies. Still, the fantasy endures. What’s better than two breasts? Three. Even ass-men got to shout.
